How a cohort works
Every module follows the same seven steps, so you always know what comes next and what is expected of you.
Pre-assessment
A short check on day one shows where you start, so nobody sits through what they know.
Crash course
The core ideas in one focused session, with a working example on screen.
Lesson plan
The module taught live, step by step, with your hands on the keyboard.
Formative checks
Quick checks as you go. A miss costs nothing and tells us what to revisit.
Homework
Real work from your own day, reviewed by faculty within two working days.
Assignment
A finished piece you defend in plain language in front of the cohort.
Certification
You sit the live assessment with AIQ Institute, the independent certifying body.
Training a whole team, office or society
We run in-house programmes on your premises or online, in your hours.
Corporate teams
Knowledge workers get hours back from reports, mail and meetings.
Government departments
Officers learn everyday tools, safe handling of citizen data and the rules that apply, including the DPDP Act, in sessions that fit office hours.
Housing societies
Residents and committees learn the safety drill, scam handling and everyday tools, together, with examples from the society's own notices and accounts.
Who certifies you
Assessment and certification are conducted by AIQ Institute, an independent standards body; assessment fees are paid to the institute directly.
The academy prepares you. It does not mark its own homework as a certificate, and it does not set or sit your assessment.
Level 1, Spark
You have seen it work and know where it breaks.
25 min adaptive live oral and practical with the AI examiner
Level 2, Torch
You carry your own light: AI does real work for you every day.
45 min practical task in a live sandbox, then a viva
Level 3, Beam
Focused and reliable: you deliver outcomes for others with it.
90 min performance exam in a live sandbox plus portfolio review
