- Strand 4, Token and cost economics
Week by week
Modules run from level 1 to level 3 across the strands above, and each follows the same seven steps. The last week is a full mock assessment and the defence of your assignment.
Week 1
- What AI is and isn't, how models think, limits Strand 1, level 1
- Generate text, images, voice, music, video hands-on Strand 1, level 1
Week 2

- Frontier models vs open models; what each is good at Strand 3, level 1
Week 3
- The app layer: chat, IDEs, browser agents, automation tools Strand 3, level 1
- Live demo: drain a quota in ten minutes with bad prompting Strand 4, level 1
Week 4

- Images and visuals for work Strand 2, level 3
Week 8
- World-class slide decks with self-narrated audio and video Strand 2, level 3

- Names frontier and open models and what each is good at
- Knows the app layer: chat, IDEs, browser agents, automation tools
Strand 4, Token and cost economics
- Explains tokens, context and why a quota drains
- Has watched a quota drain in ten minutes and knows why
TorchLevel 2
Strand 1, Foundations and digital self-defence
- Makes a deepfake in class and then detects one
