Applied and faculty: sectors and teaching
You will finish a capstone in your own sector, using the tools you have learnt. If you intend to teach, you will also learn how faculty are examined and held to a standard.

Week by week
Modules run from level 1 to level 3 across the strands above, and each follows the same seven steps. The last week is a full mock assessment and the defence of your assignment.
Week 1
- Corporate: HR, finance, sales, ops, legal, marketing, IT Strand 14, level 1
- Government: citizen services, file processing, grievance, policy drafting, vernacular Strand 14, level 1
Week 2
- Community: housing society admin, accounts, notices, safety, seniors and children Strand 14, level 1
- Train the trainer Strand 15, level 1
Week 3
- Applied project in role Strand 14, level 2
- Delivery craft Strand 15, level 2
Week 4
- Department deployment Strand 14, level 3
Week 5
- Assessment design Strand 15, level 3

Assessment and certification are conducted by AIQ Institute, an independent standards body; assessment fees are paid to the institute directly.
